Two Native American chefs have made it their life mission to bring delicious, indigenous back to America. They are cooking at a James Beard-award winning level and working to integrate indigenous cuisine back into the diet of the very people who invented it through their non-profit organization. This film, pitched and made by Maya Albanese on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, was published by VOX in social and online channels, going viral with over 15 million views in the first few weeks alone.
